Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling:  CURRENT ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME: 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS

Orders are shipped on regular business days Monday - Friday.   Orders can not be shipped on government holidays, during inclement weather, or un-forseen emergencies. Once an order has been shipped, tracking is available via the USPS.com website.  Generally an automated email will be sent with your tracking number.  But if for some reason, if you do not receive one, your tracking # will be inside your order details on the site.  This information should show up in your account within 24 hours of shipping.  Shipping and handling fees cover both the the price of postage and the necessary packaging for your item to be well protected as it travels to you.

USA Domestic: Shipments are processed and sent USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.  On average, please allow 2 - 5  business days to receive your package.  Business days do not include government recognized holidays or weekends.  Shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to you once your item has shipped.  If Priority Express, is needed, please contact us for arrangements.  Packages that take longer than 30 days to arrive may be considered  lost, missing, or stolen from your mail possession (doorstep, mailbox, etc).

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:  If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, this will delay your order, especially if your order has already shipped.  Please make sure that you provide a complete address, especially if you live in an apartment complex.  If you accidentally enter the incorrect address, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can attempt to correct it before your package is shipped.  If your order is shipped and your address is incorrect or incomplete, the post office will eventually "return to sender".  However, this process may take time to return to me, as delivery has failed.  With the post office, returning failed deliveries do not have the same priority as delivering current mail.  ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POST OFFICE CONSIDERS YOUR POSTAGE NULL ONCE DELIVERY HAS FAILED.  NEW POSTAGE MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE THE PACKAGE CAN BE SENT OUT FOR RE-DELIVERY.  THIS COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER FOR PROVIDING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.    Please contact me via the site if your address has been entered incorrectly so that I can manually make needed adjustments.   Incorrect addresses cannot be changed on the actual order once the order has gone through.  However, they can be corrected for future use in your account profile. 

Incorrect Email Addresses:  Please take your time at checkout to make sure you have entered the correct information in all fields.  If an incorrect email address is entered, your automated tracking information or any other important information will not be able to reach you.  Please contact me via the site if your address has been entered incorrectly so that I can manually make needed adjustments.   Incorrect addresses cannot be changed on the actual order once the order has gone through.  However, they can be corrected for future use in your account profile.

I highly advise creating a customer profile to better manage your account, order info, and to have a personal record if needed.  

International:  Shipping is available worldwide.  Shipments are sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  International First Class pricing is estimated by weight and destination.  First Class may have a slightly longer estimated arrival time than Priority Mail.  International Priority Mail rates tend to be more fixed based on destination to a specific area.  With Priority Mail, rates are typically higher, and estimated delivery times may be somewhat shorter than First Class.

In some countries, there are laws, fees, taxes, or tariffs for imported goods.  Please note, we do not cover, nor will we be responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or fees that your specific country may impose on imported goods.  Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies on imported goods prior to your purchase, especially if this is your first international purchase.

Tracking for international orders is available via your custom's number until it leaves the USA, but updates and info for tracking usually will not reappear until the item has reached the country of it's final destination.  

The following are estimated time frames for deliveries on international orders:

Average: 10 - 21 days

Slow: 21 - 40 days

If it takes more than 25 days for your package to arrive, it is a high possibility that your package is being held in customs and may need to have custom's fees, taxes, or tariffs cleared before you can pick it up.  Please contact your local postal delivery service before contacting me, as they will have more information than I am able to offer once it leaves the US.  I have no further information beyond what the tracking number provides.  For international orders, packages will not be deemed lost or missing unless 60 days have passed since it was shipped.

RETURNS:   If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via the website.  If we are unable to help you use the rollers successfully, you are welcome to a one time return or exchange within 45 days of purchase.  Also, if an error or product defect has been made on our behalf, please contact us immediately.
